Stuffed Meats                     165 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Ground Meat                      155 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Pork Chops                         145 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Fish                                    145 Degrees                             15 Seconds       

Roasts                                  145 Degrees ( Medium)           4 Minutes

                                           155 Degrees ( Well Done)
