Cubed Steaks Paprika

4- 4oz. Miller's Choice Beef Cubed Steaks

2 tbsp. butter

½ cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp. Paprika

¼ tsp. pepper

1 cup beef broth

½ cup plain yogurt

2 tbsp flour

2 cups hot cooked noodles

½ cup mushrooms


In a 12-inch skillet cook steaks in hot butter for 5-8 minutes turning once, or until no pink remains.  Remove meat reserving drippings in skillet.  For sauce cook mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, and pepper in drippings until mushrooms are tender.  Stir together yogurt and flour, stir into skillet.  Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly.  Return steaks to skillet with sauce, heat through and serve with noodles.  Makes 4 servings.
