Beef Stroganoff Cheesy Style

1 lb. Miller's Choice Lean Ground Beef

2 cups water

3 cups (6oz.) medium egg noodles, uncooked

¾ lb. VELVEETA Cheese Product, cut up

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

¼ tsp pepper

Brown ground beef.  Drain.  Add water to skillet; bring to boil.  Stir in noodles.  Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.  Simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.  Add VELVEETA, soup and pepper; stir until VELVEETA is melted.  Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.  Makes 4-6 servings.
