Beef Kabobs on the Grill

2 lbs. Miller's Choice Boneless Sirloin Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup lemon juice

1 ½ Tbsp. (1/2 pkg.)HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH Salad Dressing Mix

1 or 2 red, yellow or green peppers, cut into 1-inch squares

16 pearl onions or 1 medium onion, cut into wedges

8 cherry tomatoes


Combine oil,lemon juice and dry salad dressing mix. Pour over beef cubes in shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer. Drain beef; reserve marinade. Thread beef cubes, peppers and onion onto skewers. Grill kabobs, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot Kingsford Briquets 15 minutes, brushing often with reserved marinade and turning to brown all sides. A few minutes before serving, add cherry tomatoes to ends of skewers.   Makes 4 servings.

Can also be done on a gas grill for approx. same amount of time on medium heat.
