Betty's Crab Cakes

1 pound Backfin Crabmeat

3 Tbsp. pancake mix buttermilk complete

1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Egg                     1 Tbsp. parsley

1 Tbsp. mustard    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 ½ tsp. Old Bay

 

Gently mix together all ingredients.

 Shape into desired size. Fry in hot oil

 or broil until browned.
