Flank Steak Tex-Mex Style

1 (1-1 ½ lb) Miller's Beef Flank Steak, scored

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

½  cup lemon juice from concentrate

½ cup vegetable oil

2 Tbsp. dry sherry

2 tsp. beef flavored bouillon

2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp. ground cumin

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

In a shallow dish, or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except meat; add meat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.

 Makes 4 to 6 servings.
