Steak & Shrimp Kabobs

½ lb. Miller's Choice Boneless Sirloin Steak, cut into cubes

½ lb Medium Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup REALEMON  Lemon Juice from Concentrate

1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

½ tsp. dried basil leaves

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Zucchini, onions and red or yellow bell peppers

In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil and garlic; add shrimp and meat. Cover ; marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.

Skewer shrimp and meat with vegetables. Grill or broil as desired basting frequently with marinade.

Makes 16 appetizers or 4 main dish servings.

Tip:1/2 lb of scallops can be substituted for sirloin cubes.
