Pot Roast Barbeque


1 (3 lb) Miller's Choice Boneless Beef Chuck Roast


2 stalks celery, sliced

2 medium carrots, thinly sliced



1 medium onion, sliced





1 cup prepared barbecue sauce

3 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp brown sugar

Heat grill; in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients;

 blend well. Spoon ½ cup sauce on 30x18 inch double thickness

 of heavy-duty foil.Place meat over sauce; top with celery ,carrots, and onion. Pour remaining sauce over meat and vegetables. Wrap securely with double-fold seal. When ready to barbecue, place packet on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 1 to 1 ½ hours until of desired doneness, turning once. 6 to 8 servings.




Oven Directions: Heat oven to 325۫F. Place roast in shallow baking pan. Prepare sauce and pour over meat; top with celery, carrots and onions .Bake at 325۫F for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours or until of desired doneness, basting occasionally with sauce.
