Pork Chop Crock Pot Dinner

6 Miller's Fresh Boneless Pork Chops

2 cans of undiluted cream of chicken soup

4 oz. can of mushrooms, drained and chopped

¼ cup Dijon mustard

2 cloves of garlic, minced

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. dry basil

½ tsp. red pepper

6 red, unpeeled and sliced potatoes

1 onion, sliced


Brown pork chops on each side, set aside. Combine all other ingredients, stirring to coat potatoes and onions. Place pork chops on top of potato mixture. Cover and cook on low eight to 10 hours or on high for five hours. Sprinkle with parsley prior to serving. Serves six.
