Tuna Steaks Grilled Lemon & Thyme

4 (6oz.)  Tuna Steaks

¼ cup olive oil

2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. grated lemon peel

½ tsp. pepper

¼ cup lemon juice


Place Tuna in resealable food storage plastic bag.  Add all remaining ingredients. Seal bag, turn to mix well.  Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Heat grill, place tuna on grill over medium heat, discard marinade.  Cook until fish is firm, but still pink inside and flakes easily with fork. Turn once.
