Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. Hot Sausage, loose

3 slices of bread, cubed

1 cup grated sharp cheese

6 eggs

2 cups of milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dry mustard

Cook sausage, crumble, and drain.  In greased 13x9 inch pan layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese.  Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.  Pour mixture over layers.  Refrigerate 2-12 hours or overnight.  Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.  Serves 6-8.
