Pork Chops in Soup

6 Miller's Fresh Center Cut Pork Chops

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

2 Tbsp. Butter or regular margarine

1/3 cup finely chopped onions

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup(or celery)

1 ¼ cup milk

*Rub chops with salt and pepper

*Melt butter in skillet; add chops; brown lightly on both sides. Remove chops, and add onions; brown lightly.

*Put sliced potatoes in buttered 2 qt. baking dish. Arrange chops over top.

*Add soup and milk to onions in skillet. Blend until smooth. Pour over chops. Cover. Bake in moderate oven(350º) 30 minutes. Uncover; continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.
