Grilled Steak Ceasar Salad

½ cup A-1 Original 

3 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ cup olive oil

1 lb. Beef Top Round or Sirloin Steak, about 1 inch thick

4 (1 inch thick)slices of French Bread

4 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves

2 ounces shaved Parmesan cheese


Instructions: In small bowl, blend steak sauce, lemon juice and garlic; slowly whisk in oil until well blended. Place steak in nonmetal dish; coat with 1/3 cup steak sauce mixture. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour turning occasionally. Reserve remaining steak sauce mixture for dressing. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak over medium-high heat 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Lightly brush cut sides of bread with some reserved dressing. Grill bread 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden. In small saucepan, heat remaining reserved dressing until warm. Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Thinly slice steak; arrange on lettuce. Drizzle with warm dressing; top with cheese. Serve immediately with grilled bread.
